You need to be 16 or older and use your own email address. One account is for one person.

You sign in with a code or link sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure. Tell us at contact@ozees.app if you think someone else got into your account.

You own what you log. You let us store it and show it to you, and to your coach if you joined one, so the app works. You can export it any time and ask us to delete it, as the privacy policy explains.

• You are responsible for the programs you write and the advice you give. Ozees runs your program; it doesn’t check it.
• Invite only people who want to train with you, and use what you see of a client only to coach them.
• Any arrangement between you and a client, including payment, is between the two of you. Ozees isn’t part of it.

Ozees is a training log, not medical advice. Lifting and conditioning can injure you. Check with a doctor before starting a program, use good judgment about weights, and stop if something hurts.

• Don’t try to get at anyone else’s data, or around how the app keeps teams apart.
• Don’t scrape, overload or attack the service.
• Don’t use Ozees for anything illegal or to harass anyone.

We can suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Ozees is free to start. If we ever charge for something, we’ll tell you first, and you won’t be charged for anything you didn’t agree to.

We work to keep Ozees running, but it comes as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change features. If we ever shut Ozees down, we’ll give you notice and time to export your data first.

To the extent the law allows, Ozees isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injuries from training, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. For a change that matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Questions go to contact@ozees.app.
