FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does it work offline, in a basement gym with no signal?
Yes, for training. Open Ozees once with a signal and Today, Week, Log and Plan keep working without one. Every set you tick saves on your phone first and sends itself when you’re back online, and meal photos wait on the phone the same way. Signing up, signing in and the coach’s screens need a connection.
Is a browser app private and safe?
Ozees is a website, so there’s nothing to install and no app with access to your phone. It keeps your name and email, your training log, bodyweight, check-ins, meals with their photos and foods, and comments. There are no ads and no analytics trackers, and we don’t sell data. Meal photos are re-encoded before they’re stored, which strips location and camera details. Only you, and your coach if you have one, can see your training.
Read the privacy policy →Do I need a coach?
No. Pick a program and train solo; everything works without a coach. If you do work with one, they write or assign your program and see your training.
How do coaches invite clients?
The coach types the client’s email. Ozees emails the invite, and the coach also gets a link to copy and text. The client opens it, signs in with a six-digit code we email them, and today’s session is on screen. No download, no password.
See coaching →Is it free?
Ozees is free to start. Sign up with your email and you can train today.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Settings has an export: a JSON file of your whole training record, plus CSV files of every set and every weigh-in, ready for a spreadsheet. It’s built on your phone from your own copy, so it works offline too.
